Not everyone is supposed to be an entrepreneur. There are specific characteristics that a person must be an entrepreneur. They are natural leaders, not followers. The employer must be able to use common sense and a cool head and the challenges of managing a business. Once the business grows to the point where workers can be hired, honesty is expected from this new boss. Technological power is not a requirement, but it helps a little.
